The front-end of the application was linked to the Hatteland Autostore back-end software. The major challenge was to build a new front-end that would seamlessly connect with the existing ERP software and the fully automated warehouse of Hatteland Autostore. Codeless opted for the Slim Software rebuild method. The software they worked with had too many functions that were not being used. Certain functions even caused compatibility problems with the custom ERP software. In addition, the interface was not user-friendly and difficult to understand.
Leaving all functionality in place, but creating a better, user-friendly interface, the number of people within the organization who can work with the application has increased significantly. The architecture behind the software has also been simplified. Only the functions and functionalities that were really needed were left. The result; no more downtime for the Autostore and the performance is again in line with the wishes and requirements of the organization.
