2.4 Hotjar

To get insight regarding your user experience on our website, Codeless Technology B.V uses Hotjar. Hotjar is a product experience insights tool that gives behavior analytics and feedback data to help us make our website and services better for you. These statistics are completely anonymous and cannot be traced back to a specific person.

2.5 Pixel tag

Codeless Technology B.V uses pixel tag – a graphic with dimensions of 1×1 pixel that is loaded when you are visiting our webpage, or you are opening an email. The following data can be acquired and analyzed with a tracking pixel:

  • Operating system used (gives information on the use of mobile devices)
  • Type of website or email used, for example on mobile or desktop
  • Type of client used, for example, a browser or mail program.
  • Client’s screen resolution
  • Time the email was read, or website was visited
  • Activities on the website during a session (when using multiple tracking pixels)
  • IP address (gives information on the Internet Service Provider and location)

2.6 Leadinfo

Codeless Technology B.V uses Leadinfo to identify B2B website visitors. Leadinfo uses the visitor’s IP address to obtain company data from public sources such as the Chamber of Commerce. The IP address is personal data under the GDPR, and its use requires a basis under this law. The basis used is the “own legitimate interest” (Article 6 (f) GDPR). You may work with personal data without permission, provided this serves a clear interest and you take privacy into account. Marketing and analytics count as a clear legitimate interest, and Leadinfo only uses personal data to a very limited extent. IP addresses are not kept, and only general business information of companies is provided to users.

2.7 Contact form

If you contact Codeless Technology B.V. via the contact form provided online, your input data including contact data is collected and used to process and respond to your request. The data is stored internally, and it is not shared with third parties. The retention period set is 5 years.
